Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "itemkj", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://itemkj.cam, an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.
• "Platform" means the itemkj website, mobile-optimised web application, and all related services, software, APIs, and content accessible at itemkj.cam.
• "Member" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable registered account created by a Member to access and use the Platform's betting and gaming services.
• "Wallet Balance" means the available funds held in a Member's Account, representing the sum of deposits, winning credits, and bonus awards, less any losses, withdrawals, and applicable fees.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money deposited funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by itemkj prior to processing withdrawals, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which itemkj explicitly prohibits access or account registration, as updated from time to time at our sole discretion.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws, regulations, and requirements of the jurisdiction in which itemkj holds its international gaming licence, as applicable to the operation of the Platform.

Access to and use of the itemkj Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. itemkj strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by Applicable Law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your use is lawful under the laws applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you may not register or use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion request that covers online gambling activity. Attempting to register or use the Platform while under such a restriction constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Problem Gambling: You must not be a person who has been formally diagnosed with a gambling disorder or who is actively participating in a problem gambling treatment programme unless you have obtained explicit medical clearance to resume gambling activity.
• Restricted Territories: You must not be a national or resident of any Restricted Territory. Circumventing geographic access controls (including through the use of VPN, proxy, or anonymising software) to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Wallet Balance.

To access itemkj's betting and gaming products, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply:

• Single Account Rule: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual, per household IP address, or per device fingerprint are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, itemkj reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds within those accounts, and withhold withdrawal of any Wallet Balance pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid, active mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. itemkj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all account access. You agree to notify itemkj's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any associated Wallet Balance to any third party. Transferring login credentials to a third party, even temporarily, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• KYC Requirements: itemkj applies a tiered KYC process. Basic verification (email and mobile confirmation) is required at registration. Full KYC (government-issued ID, selfie, and proof of payment method) is required before processing any withdrawal. itemkj reserves the right to impose deposit, wager, or withdrawal limits on accounts that have not completed the relevant KYC tier.
• Account Closure by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting itemkj's support team. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of KYC, provided no open bets or pending transactions exist on the account.

itemkj supports a range of local Indonesian payment methods designed to minimise friction for our Members. All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the following terms:

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods

itemkj currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are published on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice to Members.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmation of receipt by itemkj's finance team, typically within 5–15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly upon transaction confirmation. itemkj is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully KYC-verified Members.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for Members holding Gold tier or above; standard Members are subject to a daily limit as published on the withdrawal page.
• Members who have accepted a bonus must satisfy the associated Wagering Requirement before any portion of their Wallet Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Verified Gold and Royal Diamond Members who submit withdrawal requests before 20:00 WIB on a business day will receive same-business-day processing. Standard Members receive processing within 1–24 jam. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independe nce Day (17 August), and other peak periods.
• itemkj reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to the Member's typical account activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). itemkj does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any non-Rupiah instrument. Currency conversion is not offered.

itemkj offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. itemkj reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion, including Members who have previously abused bonus terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus awards are subject to a Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the standard Wagering Requirement is 10× the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses and 25× the bonus amount for casino and slot bonuses. Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Qualifying Wagers: Only wagers meeting the minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion (typically Asian Handicap or 1X2 at odds of -200 or above, equivalent to 1.50 decimal) contribute toward satisfying the Wagering Requirement. Bets placed on certain game types, markets, or at odds below the minimum threshold may be excluded from rollover calculations.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, hedging bonus funds against real-money wagers, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other practice that itemkj determines constitutes bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus (if active) is available to new Members on their first deposit only. The Welcome Bonus cannot be combined with any other active promotion unless explicitly stated. Members who opt out of the Welcome Bonus at registration may not claim it retrospectively.
• itemkj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, where itemkj has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused or where a technical error resulted in an incorrectly credited bonus amount.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the itemkj Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only accepted once you have received an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Until confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. itemkj is not responsible for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or insufficient Wallet Balance.
• Palpable Errors: itemkj reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that contain a manifest or palpable error (including technical errors, feed errors, or human data-entry errors). Bets voided under this provision will be refunded to the Member's Wallet Balance at the original stake amount.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended, amended, or removed at any time during an event without notice. itemkj accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during a live event.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator betting) selections must each meet the minimum individual odds as specified at the time of bet placement. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the remaining legs continue to stand as if the voided leg(s) were never included, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the designated completion point, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. For events that begin but do not reach the designated completion point, specific sport rules (published in the Platform) govern settlement.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results used for settlement are sourced from the officially designated draw authority for each market. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of result publication. No claims will be considered after this window has closed.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit per bet, per day, and per Member applies across all product categories. Current limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a given market will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the calculated return.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the itemkj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any third party to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or accessing from a Restricted Territory.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location or IP address.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or software to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, bonus outcomes, or betting markets.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or any conduct designed to obtain a refund of funds that were legitimately wagered and lost.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward itemkj staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the itemkj Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "itemkj", the website design, logo, graphics, user interface elements, software code, game content (where licensed from third-party studios), odds data, written content, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of itemkj or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without itemkj's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to those studios' own licensing terms. itemkj's licence to display such content does not extend any rights to Members beyond normal gameplay.

itemkj collects, stores, and processes personal data from Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

itemkj implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the Platform and your device. Member financial data, payment information, and identity documents are stored in segregated, access-controlled environments with strict internal access policies.

itemkj will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by Applicable Law. itemkj is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session time reminders and automatic logouts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 1 and 90 days. During this period, the account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently close their account due to gambling concerns may request irrevocable self-exclusion by contacting itemkj's support team. Self-excluded Members may not re-register. itemkj will implement self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic in-session notifications displaying total session duration and net wagering activity to help Members stay informed about their gambling behaviour.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, itemkj's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereon shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 5,000 (or the Indonesian Rupiah equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate).

itemkj shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond itemkj's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from changes in Applicable Law that affect the Member's ability to use the Platform in their jurisdiction.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. itemkj makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which itemkj holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, Members agree to first notify itemkj's support team in writing of the nature of the dispute and allow itemkj a period of 30 calendar days to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.

itemkj's decisions on matters of bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute process described above. itemkj is not bound by any decision made by any Indonesian government body or court in respect of online gambling disputes, as itemkj does not operate under Indonesian domestic gambling law.

itemkj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Member rights, withdrawal conditions, or Wagering Requirements — itemkj will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by publishing the proposed changes on the Platform and, where possible, by notifying affected Members via their registered email address or in-Platform messaging.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 3. itemkj will honour any withdrawal requests arising from a Member's closure of their account due to disagreement with amended Terms, provided the account is in good standing and has met all applicable KYC requirements.
